Welcome to Detail Lab, a mobile auto detailing business. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website and mobile applications. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

Definitions:

  • "Detail Lab" refers to the company providing the services.

  • "Services" refers to the mobile auto detailing services offered by Detail Lab.

  • "Customer" refers to the individual or entity using the Services.

Services:

  • Detail Lab provides mobile auto detailing services, including washing, waxing, and cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles.

  • Customers can request services by booking through our website or mobile applications, or by contacting Detail Lab directly.

  • Detail Lab reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

Payment:

  • Customers will be charged for services according to the prices listed on our website or as agreed upon with Detail Lab.

  • Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service.

  • Detail Lab accepts payment by credit or debit card, or other methods as listed on our website.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointments at any time, but must provide reasonable notice to allow Detail Lab to adjust its schedule.

  • If a customer cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, Detail Lab reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service.

Damage to Vehicles:

  • Detail Lab will take reasonable care to avoid damaging vehicles while providing the Services.

  • However, Detail Lab is not responsible for any damage that may occur to a vehicle during the course of providing the Services.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are in good condition before allowing Detail Lab to provide the Services.

Warranty:

  • Detail Lab warrants that the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

  • If a customer is not satisfied with the Services, they should contact Detail Lab within 24 hours of completion to report the issue.

  • Detail Lab will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, but is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the Services.

Limitation of Liability:

  • In no event will Detail Lab be liable for any damages, including without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of the Services.

  • Detail Lab's total liability to a customer for any reason and upon any cause of action will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the Services.

Indemnification:

  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold Detail Lab and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the customer's use of the Services.

Governing Law:

  • These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.

Entire Agreement:

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Detail Lab and the customer with respect to the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.

Changes to Terms:

  • Detail Lab may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website.

  • Continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance
